While doing so there should be an option to enable cheats. What you can do is open up your world as a LAN world. If you are single player, you most likely did not enable cheats when making the world. In the LAN World menu, the only important option for our purposes is to toggle Allow Cheats to On. Make sure op is lowercase and you replace username with your own username. Load up a new Minecraft world and select Open to LAN which will then give you the option to toggle Cheats on/off. Edit the id for the block/item, the slot for where it will be (0 will be first slot, slots after 8 will be in the inventory screen), damage (for multiple variants) and count for the amount you want. If you’re multiplayer, in your server console type /op username. In this case, to change your world so hardcore mode is enabled, you will need to set this from the initial value of 0 to the value of 1 then press OK. Double click on the value you would like to edit then make your changes. You’ve now loaded the NBT file into NBTExplorer. Click on the Inventory name and add a Compound Tag (looks like a package (also, this method is for people with empty inventories)) and add 2 Byte Tags (one called Count, the other called Slot) and two Short Tags (called Damage and id (make sure the the "id" tag is lowercase)). In NBTExplorer, open the file downloaded from your server.(Warning: Next parts will be very long!) Click the expand button for level.dat and expand the Data and THEN expand the Player file.Click the expand button (the plus next to the world name) and scroll until you see level.dat.Go to the Singleplayer world that you want to get your hacked legit items.I looked around in NBTExplorer for a while and was able to change the gamemode to creative, but I have no clue how to enable cheats. You can use the images or read this very long and boring list of instructions. How to enable cheats using NBTExplorer I converted the pack.png seed to 1.16.2 and since the original version is a 1.2.2 alpha world cheats are disabled. Have you ever wondered how to give yourself a stack of diamond blocks, without doing the work of mining and crafting? Using NBTExplorer, you can edit your inventory, and even give yourself items in Minecraft Infdev! There are images attached to this post, so don't worry about it! Usage NBT tags control every world parameter, such as ender chest items, players inventory, gamemode, whether the world is Hardcore or not and many other things.
